SANTA’S MISSION IN THE CHRISTOPHER KRINGLE UNIVERSE
Santa wants everyone to understand one thing: the world needs more peace.
It doesn’t matter where you live, what you believe or what you look like.
What matters is kindness—helping and giving to others.
QUESTIONS FROM CHRISTOPHER KRINGLE READERS
Q1: How do you (Kris Kringle) deliver all those presents in just one night? — Jesse M., Texas
Great question, Jesse. I couldn’t do it alone.
After World War II, Wally and I divided the world into eight regions we call Drop Zones. My team stores gifts in hidden locations within each region before Christmas Eve, so we don’t have to carry every present from the North Pole in one trip.
We begin in Russia and work our way west, following the night around the world.
It takes careful planning, a remarkable team, and—yes—a little magic.
Meet Chris, Wally and the elves in this ten-minute animated story on YouTube, which also reveals how Santa’s worldwide deliveries work.
Q2: Why do you (Chris Kringle) live at the North Pole? — David L., Red Deer, Canada
Because the North Pole is home, David.
It gives the elves and reindeer room to live and work, and it keeps our Christmas preparations out of sight.
But there’s another reason we stay hidden. The Confraters have been seeking control for centuries. My family believes in freedom, peace and kindness, and that has made us their enemies.
One day, I hope we won’t have to hide. For now, the North Pole keeps everyone I love safe.
